Supporting children
at school and home.

Comprehensive BCBA services for schools and parents.

Schools

We provide comprehensive BCBA services including:

Functional Behavioral Assessment, Behavior Intervention Plans, Individualized Skill-Teaching Programs, Progress Monitoring/Data Analysis, Staff & Parent Training, BCBA and RBT Supervision, and Teacher Training.

Parents

In-home BCBA services will focus on parent training to support the implementation of function-based interventions and promote the use of positive replacement behaviors. The BCBA will provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to caregivers to increase generalization of skills within the home environment, consistency across home routines, and long-term maintenance of behavior change.

Michelle Jenkins

Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and mom of 3 with a diverse background spanning education, clinic-based services, in-home support, and school consultation. Before becoming a BCBA, Michelle taught gifted and elementary school students, an experience that continues to shape her practical, classroom-focused approach to behavior support.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked directly with children and families in home settings, provided services in clinic environments, and served as a consulting BCBA within school systems. This broad experience allows her to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement realistic, evidence-based strategies that fit naturally into classroom routines. Her work emphasizes proactive supports, skill development, and strategies that are feasible for educators to maintain long-term.

In addition to school-based consultation, Michelle is passionate about partnering with parents to support children in the home setting. She prioritizes caregiver training, collaboration, and the development of positive replacement behaviors that promote independence and success across environments.

After identifying a growing need for cohesive, practical behavior support for both schools and families, Michelle founded Core Behavior Solutions to bridge the gap between research-based practices and real-world implementation. As the owner, she is committed to empowering educators and families with tools that create meaningful, sustainable change for children.

Meet Our Team

I am originally from Hoover, Alabama. I graduated from Mississippi State for both my undergraduate degree in Special Education and my masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have experience as a clinic-based BCBA before joining Core Behavior Solutions. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with students with all kinds of abilities, and I have loved being able to support and assist the special education community through Core Behavior Solutions. For fun, I like to hangout with my family, bake sweets, spend time outside, and decorate my house!
